Millard Towers does not collect any personally identifiable information about you when you visit the website unless you voluntarily provide this information by contacting us via our email form, signing up to receive our newsletter or directly by email. Such information may contain personal data about you including your name, address, phone number, email address, and other contact details.

To answer your queries
To process your orders and returns via our online shop

To contact you in the event of any problems with the delivery of your items

The information we collect is not shared with, sold, or rented to others. We are not allowed to disclose such personal information without your written permission. Upon request, your information and how it’s used can be disclosed and if desired, removed from record.
Information Storage
Your information is stored in three places, all managed by third-parties. Name, email address, and phone numbers are stored in Google GSuite Contacts, Mailchimp, and Insightly CRM. Payment Information
Millard’s online shop payment system is managed by a third-party, PayPal. Their privacy policy can be found here. Millard does not collect or retain any credit card or other payment information.
Complaints
Millard’s Privacy Policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We encourage you to resolve any concerns directly with Millard. However, a formal complaint can be filed with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) by:
