Millard utilizes state-of-the-art technology to design, analyze, and fabricate towers, accessories, and civil works to meet unique site and application requirements. Loadings are calculated in accordance with CSA S37 and the National Building Code of Canada. ICAO and FAA frangibility compliance was achieved after decades of research and confirmed through 3rd party full-scale testing. Millard also holds a Certificate of Authorization to provide engineering services to the public.
